Stuff returned due to mistakes by buyer (false address, unclaimed, etc) will be refunded but shipping cost won't be refunded. Stuff that lost due to mistakes by buyer (false address, unclaimed, etc) is not my responsibility as everything is checked and packed perfectly before it shipped.

Regular postal service still closed for European countries. So we will ship it with EMS, and refund the exceeded price.
